| Kind of off topic...
I meant to tell you all that if your family likes Swiss steak, the Sauer's Swiss Steak Seasoning Bags are fantastic. Even my picky eater loved it. I didn't use the bag that came with the seasoning because it was too small. I used a large Reynold's oven bag. I'm not even going to use a bag this time. I am going to make it in a kettle on top the stove. I followed the directions on the package, adding a sliced onion. The cubed beef is on sale this week. Our Food City has taken out almost all of the McCormick spices and replaced them with Sauer's. Has yours? I had never even heard of Sauer's until then.

Ours is using Sauer's too. Ill have to check that seasoning out! TY!

If you do, do NOT try it on top of the stove. That SO did not work out well. It tasted great, but it was too soupy. I am trying the Pot Roast this week.
