It didn't asked me in the beginning not to keep info in the survey confidential like some of them do, but still, since so many of them do, I won't, especially since I wouldn't want someone to take my opinion of the survey and mistake it for fact and innocently began a rumor that FC is going to do this or that. It actually no where in the survey stated that it was from Food City, but the questions were ALL asked about Food City.

Basically, it was obvious to me that Food City is concerned about their customer's being happy with their Customer Rewards programs! The questions made me feel that they want to know if we're happy with the way they are and a lot of the questions were based on "what if we did this" or "what if we added that" in regards to FC customer rewards programs?

I think with the economy and other stores revamping their Customer Rewards programs, they want to make sure they are staying on top of it and making sure we don't leave them for a store that now has a "better" Customer Reward system!

Dang I wish I were close enough to shop my nearest one more than once a month or two!

Food City doesn't send out as many coupons by snail mail as they used to. I used to get a booklet full of Qs. Now, I just get a postcard with 4 Qs and only around the holidays.

I do wish their catalinas didn't require you to purchase so many items. I have one for Hot Pockets and you have to purchase SIX to use it. This may have to do with the mfg instead of Food City, though.

I know our local Food City must be doing some comparison shopping with Walmart because they have started matching some of their prices.
