I love the BOGO deals as long as it very low OOP after Q's. Most of my Publix shopping is for fresh fruits, veges, and meats and I use a comp. Q's to bring down the OOP.

No gripes about my store. I'm selective about which cashiers I checkout with though. There are a few that are very picky. Even though I am doing nothing wrong, I don't have time for a cashier to go over everything with a fine tooth comb, especially when my 3 kiddos are doing flips on the metal poles seperating the checkout lanes. KWIM

I love the BIGIF deals. I'm only getting them now if it is something that we really need ( or DH is picky about) or if its really cheap or free then I stock up. Other than those deals we get fruits and veggies that are on sale for the most part, milk and bread and we are good.

I love using Winn Dixie coupons and the bogo to get my grocery bill down. I shop all the Pinellas Park stores and Clearwater.

I LOVED the Orlando super new Publix stores, in the Dr. Phillips area.
There are not as many Publix down here in Tampa. The closest to me is Tampa Palms.

I TOTALLY AGREE with YOU about Publix. Ever since they got this Brainy idea to totally redo our Publix Store here in Port Orange, that was closed for almost 4 months and then reopened with one of the largest Publix Stores on the East Coast of Florida. Now the store is so big, you can not find anything and the prices have really increased to the point that my wife and I only shop there for their Great Meat selections. That's it.

Sorry to say, Publix is a BIG RIP OFF here in Florida. Another Publix Store on our Beachside, charges the customers a lot more because they can get away with it, being on the Beach Side with all of our Tourists from other states who come down here for the Nascar/Motorcycle Races, College Kids on Spring Break, etc. No wonder our Tourists are in fewer bunches coming here anymore. This is called Price Gouging.

Pinellas County here, I have at least 7 Publix within a 6 mile radius (overkill anyone) and yes I like the BOGO if its something I use, but I don't limit my shopping to Publix (we also have about 7 other grocery stores in the same radius) so I shop where the bargains might be. I do love my local Sweetbay and have been a faithful customer for over 20 years.
