OK, FJ shoppers. Run out and buy today's Detroit Free Press.

In an ad on page 13A, there is an announcement that FJ is doing Super Double coupons (Coupons up to $1.00 are doubled, $1.00-$2.00 coupons are worth $2.00, coupons $2.00& up are at face value).

The ad contains 6 store coupons (they call them "certificates") that you have to cut out. You must clip that coupon and present it with your manufacturer's coupon & bonus savings card at checkout, in order for that coupon to be SD'd.

Says limit of 6 must clip Super Double Coupon certificates per household.

For those of you that don't require an "drive" to get to FJ, you can look into the Kellogg's that are on sale (along with the $1/1 from last week's insert), and Cottonelle flushable wipes that are on sale $1.99 (along with the $1.00/1 blinkies that were at Kroger not too long ago).

All non-grumpy FJ shoppers, please post whatever deals you find!

Anyhow, they have Duncan Hines cake mix for $0.79, and Duncan Hines frosting for $1.66. In the 11/5 S1, there was a $0.75 off wyb DH cake mix plus frosting ... so if you double that, the total is less than a buck for both! (And while you're in that aisle, they have DH brownie mix 10-for-$10, and in that same insert, there's $0.35/1 ... so that's $0.30 for a brownie mix).

They also have certain Keebler crackers on sale for $1.99. There's a $1.00/2 cou from the 11/5 S1. I'm buying these, because my wife has been known to pay full price for these crackers! (don't get me started!)

They ain't exactly generous in this department!
