I went to FF yesterday and bought 2 big packs of huggies @19.99ea. The ad states get $15.00 onyo when you buy $30.00 worth of part. products. I used 2 $3.00 q's and 3 $5.00 onyo's. My total was then approx $21.00. I did NOT recieve the $15.00 cat. Went to Customer Service where the manager tells me that I did not recieve it because my total was less then $30.00. I don't see in the ad where it says you can't use q's or that you TOTAL has to be over $30.00. Can someone tell me if this is right? Should I call someone? I know that 21.00 is a great price for the amount of diapers and it was a good deal either way, but I wouldn't have used my onyo if I had of known this would have happened. Please help. |

I had the same problem last night. Manager says my OOP should be $30 or more. I went to their website and sent an email this morning about it. No response yet. I'm giving them until tomorrow, if not, I'll call them. You know what, I bought a box of huggies too, what a coincidence. Yes, either call or email them, and let me know if you hear from them. Thanks! Good luck to us, hopefully we get our $15.

I emailed them tonight, and was thinking the same thing about calling if no email response. I will let you know if I hear anything Have you ever heard about the $30.00(or whatever buy x.xx) oop before with these type of promotions, I've never had that problem.

Were the 3 15$ OYNO Cats from General Mills or Unilever? If so, many times the CAT will not print since that's who the new ones are from. Using coupons should not affect the CAT printing out

I would call the customer service number. I had an issue with an item ringing up the right price. The lady on the line was very nice and a few weeks later I received a very nice letter from her with a $5 gift card. It's worth the call. They shouldn't advertise these specials if the stores aren't going to uphold them.

I called them yesterday. The lady I spoke with told me someone with the exact same problem,(with the huggies/coupon issue) had called that morning and they were discussing the issue. She said as soon as they figured it out they would call me back, and that I should sve my reciept because they would probably have me go back to the store to get the $15.00. They didn't call me back. I will be calling on Monday if I don't hear anything by the afternoon. (So still nothing on my end, keep me updated on your's)

So the Huggies must be the culprit then. I haven't heard from them yet, though. I will call them tomorrow morning. When I called them the first time, I wasn't even able to discuss the issue with the gentleman, he just told me he's going to forward my email to the Store Director. Yeah, pls let me know too. Btw, I shopped at Chimney Hill.

I still haven't heard anything back. I need to call again. I also havent recieved any mail for the last two days due to Flooding here in Elizabeth City, NC. So they may have sent me one and I just don't know. Thank you so much for keeping me updated!

Verru, I sent them a follow up email. The next day, the Store Director left a vm message apologizing and he said he will give me a gift card. I went to the store two days later, the SD wasn't around, so another manager helped and issued me a $15-gift card. I wish I could have talked to the Store Director though. Yes, just call or email them again. Good luck.

Coupons and ONYO's should be considered as money. They are just another form of payment, just like Cash or Check or Credit Card or Gift Cards. No store should withhold rewards for purchasing items based on your method of payment. I have heard of Onyo's messing up a deal, especially if they are brand-specific. That is just not right. The deal is triggered by what is in your cart (as I heard someone put it recently), not by what is in your wallet.

I did get my $15.00 yesterday :P Finally! I kept waiting for a call back and never got one, called CS Center again yesterday and spoke with the same lady as before. She was VERY nice and even remembered my call. She said she couldn't believe my EC SM hadn't called me yet and that she would have them call me within the hour to resolve this. They called me 30min later and told me to come in. I'm so happy! I ended up paying $6.00 oop for two BOXES of diapers(132 sz 4s)! They gave me cash instead of a gift card, strange but fine with me. Thanks for all your help lainerf and everyone else!
