Whew. I was planning to do 3 transactions for this deal tonight but ended up with 2 only.

1st tran, cat didn't print out, even though I got $30 worth of the products. So I had to see the Manager. Manager says it's probably because the Progresso Bread Crumbs rang up at $2.29 instead of $2.00. So they did something gave handed my 3 $5 ( it didn't look like a catalina).

So with the intention of rolling those $15, the 2nd transaction didn't print out any catalina again.

You know what manager told me, the reason I didn't get a catalina is because I paid less than $30. It will only print if I my out of pocket is $30 or more. I told him, I just used several coupons on my first transaction, and he said, he should not have given me the $15 had he know I used coupons to bring down the total. Who should I call about this?? But before I call someone, is my transaction above correct, am I really entitled to the $15? In fairness, that manager has always been nice but I don't know if he has is enforcing the right policy. I mean, I may be wrong too. Please advise. TIA!

If they price adjusted the Progresso that's usually why they won't print out.

On the second transaction, did they modify it to the 15$ off, or did you use Catalinas to get it down? Either way you probably wouldn't have gotten it, if they modified it, it throws the computer off somehow. If you used Catalinas from the same promotion, it won't print you off another one for the same promotion.

However, using coupons has nothing to do with whether or not the Catalinas print as long as your initial total is 30$+

I have used catalinas to pay for my second order before and still received the catalina, and when I didn't I told customer service and they gave me the money! As long as your order was 30+, it doesn't matter how much you pay oop. I would email or write a letter to corporate, since your manager was no help...or go in when another manager is working!

I didn't get my catalinas yesterday either and I bought two breadcrumbs. The cashier was super helpful and let me go back and make sure I got the right ones. I found out that I got the 15 oz breadcrumbs, because that's all they have on the shelf. The 15 oz were priced at 2.29 and the advertised breadcrumbs for $2 were 24 oz, which my FF does not carry. The cashier went to ask the customer service manager if I could swap out items and she said everything would have to be rescanned and to make sure every thing I bought was the right size. She was pretty rude and made me feel like I was a nuisance for wanting to save money. Luckily my cashier was awesome and gave me the coupons anyway, without a hassle.
I did customer service at a grocery store for 3 years and I know how things work.
I love shopping at Farm Fresh but sometimes it can be frustrating finding something that's listed in their ad and then wondering if it will even ring up correctly.
