Did anybody try to buy the Dial soap BOGO yesterday? I tried at 2 different FF, and nobody knew anything about it. The size shown in the ad is 11.25, but neither store even stocks that size, and the regular 7.25 size does not ring up BOGO.

My one pet peeve of farm fresh is that they do not always have their sale items in stock. And when you first walk into my store, there are two signs above the carts that I believe say something about all ad items will be in stock or else, they give you something, and another sign is about the scan guarantee... which there is always one item(or two) that does not ring up correctly, especially on Wednesdays. There is also a sign that says the manager will have every register open from 4-7pm on weekdays and that is never true. Don't put up the signs if they aren't true!
Ok, sorry about that mini rant, I guess I have more than one pet peeve...

I went shopping yesterday with my neighbor who is just dipping her toes into couponing. I told her we were going to run into Farm Fresh and get some free Apple Jacks. She looked at me like I had just grown two heads. We grabbed our cereals (she got Fruit Loops, I got Apple Jacks), grabbed some Q's (they even had the blinkie's there so I didn't have to use the ones I already had) and checked out. We each got four boxes for pennies- did two transactions each, one for Mom and one for each kid.

I bet your head went back to normal and her head swelled up with helium when she saw the total!!! LOL!!

My FF stores never have the blinkies that start with a 5. So I have to get my blinkies from other stores.

I love taking my husband for those kind of shopping trips. He feels like we are stealing or something and he gets this nervous laugh. He can't even stand at the register when I pay, he just walks towards the door. It's hilarious!

You know what, you just gave me thinking. I think my DH gets nervous too, because every time I'm ready to check out, he disappears!!! That's funny! This afternoon, I told him to take our little boys to the next grocery store and 'steal' some blinkies for me while I do my shopping at Target. He did great, asked him to get me min. of 20 blinkies, which he refused at first. He handed me 24. Haha.
