Okay, since the cat didn't print for the $3 cat deal and based on what I had read I thought it was the same deal as "The Real Meal Deal". Now that I know that it wasn't the same, here are the details of " The Real Meal Deal" borrowed from SD.

If the coupon says Manufacturer's Coupon on it, it can be used pretty much anywhere. In other words, any store that submits a manufacturer's coupon for reimbursement will get paid for it, regardless of what is printed on that coupon. Now, some stores pay extra to have their store name printed on a coupon, for example Walmart, but unless it says Store Coupon on it, and it doesn't have the barcode starting with a 5 or a 9, it can be used anywhere.
