I was just at the "Market" FF in Norfolk and purchased 10 of the participating items, but did not get the $10 off. The manager was very helpful in trying to figure out the problem and even checked the UPC codes. It turns out the code for the Keebler Fudge Sticks was not on their list - even though it is pictured in the ad! In fact, none of the Keebler cookies were on the list. The clerk thought maybe it was because I used coupons too, but I've never had that be an issue before.

They were very nice and issued me a $10 gift card. Has it been working/not working anywhere else?

Also, the manager informed me that they no longer participate in price matching! Now, maybe it's just that store but I got the impression is was overall.

I got mine yesterday, and I bought Fudge Sticks! Maybe there is a problem with that particular store.

I did it twice and each time the cashier had to key in the $10 off and get the managers approval. It's embarrising holding up the line but worth the low oop. I shop at the victory ff and frequently have issues with these kinds of promotions. Inconveinent, but they are usually eager to fix the problem for me

I had the same issue at the Elizabeth City NC store. They just keyed in the -$10.00. I did buy the fudge sticks as well.

I had trouble too above the line is one deal rice krispy treats cracker cinnabon and the bottom w/ the cookies is a different deal. Had to go back because 10.00 didn't come off.
Manager took care of it I got 6 rice krispies 2 crackers 4 lb grapes 1 papertowel 2 breads for a total of 12.35 after coupons!!!

I had a problem with my Keebler/Kelloggs when I went on wednesday but I caught it before I checked out so they manually added $10 to my order after confirming that everything was correct. I bought the cookies so if they weren't working as the user mentioned higher in the post then that would explain my problem.
