I did purchase of $34.xx tonight at the Victory Blvd. Portsmouth location. All of my order was the items listed to qualify for the $15 OYNO. My total was $19.xx after $7.50 in q's + doubled = $15 savings. The CAT didn't print - Lead Cashier told me I need to SPEND $30. to get that deal. I explained to her that I did purchase over $30 & that coupons were a form of payment not the price. She said That's what it says in the paper - I don't make the rules. The Manager & another person backed her up ![]() So I'm w/out my $15 coupon & we're having such bad storms I don't want to go back out. I will say it's the 3rd time I've had issues w/the store & it will be my last. Oh & my cashier tried to keep my gas discount but I saw it print & him push it underneath I had to say isn't that mine? ![]() Awful Trip ![]() I will be calling Farm Fresh Corporate Customer Service in the AM & I'll update post

I did 2 transactions today at the victory location. The onyo printed for only one of my transactions, but I took my receipt to customer service and they gave me a $15 gift card for the 2nd transaction. They are completey in the wrong. If you don't go to customer service I would definetly write corporate a letter. I have done this before when they wouldn't honor an advertised promotion, they will likely send you a gift certificate! |

What they did to you was WRONG!!! I did the same catalina deal where you purchased 30 bux worth of the items (and I had coupons for everything in my basket!) Most of my items were FREE or nearly FREE. My catalina printed out immediately. As long as you had purchased $30 BEFORE your coupons and you bought the right participating products, your catalina should have printed out!...mine did. AND.,....I was sooooo overcharged on SIX items. Make sure you are checking your receipts!!! I was overcharged a total of $20.37!!!! I went to manager and they corrected it w/ no problem. The two Farm Freshs' that I frequent are pretty cool. But sometimes you just have to "call" them out on things. I mean you TOTALLY should have gotten your catalina!!!! IF you did the math right, I would soooo take it back tomorrow (written down what you found to be incorrect) and let them know. If they have a good manager (which most of them do) you should be able to make it right. Also I called a store today and asked for a manager and asked what the policy was when you are overcharged for an item. Bottom line is if that you get overcharged for an item, you get a complete refund for the "wrong" amount. Lets' say that you purchased two of that same item. You get the first item refunded, and then you get the difference in price for the second item you purchased. Does that make sense? I hope so. Anyway, just check your receipts and if I were you, I would go back tomorrow to get your catalina, in some way, shape or form!!! Even if they have to give you ten bux back, whatever it takes, because if you bought the items, you are DUE the money back (or the catalina) Hope that helps!!!! |

The catalina machine was probably not working, and they were making stuff up because they did not know. My total yesterday was 21.30, which included about $7 worth of products not on the deal. My cats printed out. I was not expecting 3 $5, but that is fine. They spend the same way. I would certainly contact corporate about this. And be sure to mention the issue with the gas rewards. They may need to monitor this cashier. |

Yes, I always check my receipts everywhere I shop. Alot of times, I try to watch while they scan but that's not always possible with 2 three yr olds with you. Retailers make so much money on items that ring up higher than advertised...especially Walmart
|

I hope you are able to get everything resolved. I too, am so tired of all the catalina problems at FF. They should really move dollar doubles to Thursday that way, maybe, the kinks will already be worked out with the catalina deals. I don't usually have any problems getting customer service to issue me cash/gift card/substitute coupon on catalinas that don't print. But it still takes FOREVER to get the problems resolved. I can't wait 30 minutes at customer service after shopping for 45 minutes with 3 kids.

Thanks for all the advise ![]() I called this morning talked to another Manager - He was very nice said I was correct & that I should have received my catalina. I am going to go up there in a little while - he said he'd fix it & talk to them all including the cashier trying to keep my gas discount. All of my prices did ring up correct I agree I'd rater have the doubles on another day after the kinks get worked out I'll keep you all posted

I did go back to the store Manager gave me $15 & said he would talk to everyone involved & that if I ever have problems in that store to see him - but he's off on Wed! I don't think I'll be returning Thanks for letting me vent

I know someone that works at that Farm Fresh and they said that the store manager is not off on Wednesdays (store managers are not allowed to take that day off). So make sure you ask for the store manager if you have any trouble!
