I'm so frustrated! I saw at least 2 cats print out, but I was busy bagging my groceries (I went late and there was no one to help the cashier-I was trying to speed things along and get home to my 2 LOs.) I asked him for them when he handed me my receipt, and he said nothing printed out. I had forgotten about the Redbox code, so I thought maybe they were just ads and he tossed them, or maybe he stuck them in one of my bags without thinking. On my way to the car, I remembered the code and checked all my bags as I was loading them. Then I double checked my LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG receipt and dozens of coupons to make sure they were all right. 2 prices scanned wrong, plus I was missing the cat for a movie code. I went back inside and asked if anyone was working the cs desk--I knew there wasn't. I asked for a manager and he went and paged someone who came down from their office. While we were waiting on her, I asked my cashier if he knew anything about the free code I should have gotten--he maintained that he did not. I do not feel bad at all about then proceeding to tell the mgr that he basically stole from me. I realize, it's just a dollar, but what else did he pocket today? I get a lot of $/$$ from that FF and what if they're putting out qs like FL for FREE stuff? Or OYNOs from certain products? The lady was upset about the whole idea and refunded my dollar (not that I was worried about it) and took my name and number. I told her I wasn't trying to cause problems, but I expect better customer service and I gave him TWO opportunities to come clean (and I had decided that if he did, I wouldn't mention it past that point). TWO OPPORTUNITIES!!!! And he didn't take them! Geesh! I was so honkin' mad!

I would be on the phone right now with head management of that store!! You bought and paid for those items and those cats belong to you. It is outright theft and you should not stand for it. Call them and give us an update!! My goodness...some people!!! ARRGH!!!!!

What was the deal for the Redbox code?

Last night when I went, my cashier wadded up my fuel rewards slip and proceeded to throw it away. I told him I wanted it, and he acted like he didn't even know what I was talking about. We don't have gas at this location, but I use them at another store 20 minutes away. Who knows how many of those slips were sitting in his trash....so disappointing when you get cs like this.

Actually, he handed me a wadded up fuel receipt asking if that's what I had wanted--uh, nope! I hadn't even bought any fuel items, that was from some one else!!!!

That is terrible. I would have done the same thing.
