My name is Honor & I'm a couponaholic, LOL!
I live just north of the Hampton Roads area and I have 1 farm fresh in my county that I shop at.
I've been couponing for almost a year now & I don't think that I will ever shop without coupons again!

Hi Honor! My name is Lisa and I live in Virginia Beach.

I've only been couponing for about 2 months now...It's too cool!!! I can't believe how much money I've saved already!! We have a Farm Fresh right next to a Target where I live and I bounce in between the two for great deals. I got $300 worth of groceries and paper products between the 2 stores and only spent $145.00!! I'm soooo excited!! I can't wait to be totally organized.. right now all my qs are in envelopes alphabetically in a box.. Boy do I get funny looks!! I'm hoping to switch to the binder method soon.

Hi Honor and Lisa! I'm also Lisa and live in Virginia Beach. I've always been into shopping sales and finding deals, but have really gotten into couponing ever since my husband lost his job - it's all about survival for us and our 3 kids. In addition to shopping at one of the newer FM in VB, I work in downtown Norfolk so I often pop into the Market FM for deals.

I'm very glad all of the locations now offer the gas discounts. Last week I filled up for 0.74 a gallon!

I'm Tammy and I live in Knotts Island, NC just a few miles from the VA Beach Line. I mostly shop at Strawbridge's Farm Fresh. I have been couponing for quite a while now, around 5 years. I honestly don't understand how someone can shop without coupons. I have just recently gotten my sister back into couponing and some of my co-workers as well. Can't wait to post the good deals!!!

My name is Susan Powers and I live on the Outer Banks. I don't have a Farm Fresh near me, but I do shop at the one in Elizabeth City from time to time when I go there for Doctor's appointments or to shop at the super Walmart. The only grocery stores near me are Food Lion or Food Lion, so it is worth the trip to just shop somewhere new. There are several products I can only find at Farm Fresh, so I usually stock up. And call me weird, but I like their paper grocery bags with handles.

I am planning a trip this week and I can't wait to double Q's!

I am Cindy and I shop Elizabeth City Farm Fresh/Food Lion/WalMart. I live in Sunbury, which is about 25 minutes from Elizabeth City..........I have been a die hard couponer for years now. I love the thrill of saving. I am now training my mother and sister how to do it.

Hi all! I'm Brandy and I live in Chesapeake VA. I don't shop at the FF closest to me (Western Branch Blvd) because the cashiers and front desk people have been rather ignorant with me and with coupon use--so much so that I had a nice chat with corporate!) Now I go to the one in Suffolk on Bridge, which is just a little farther away (and behind my fave WAGS, so not a total loss!!!!) where they have been MUCH more friendly and the store is brand new and very nice in general. I'm hoping they keep up with their new doubling routines, that really keeps me going back!

Hi, I'm Anita. I am fairly new to couponing. I started shopping at FF in small town Smithfield when both of our Food Lions became Bloom. Until Bloom came to town, I always thought FF was priced kind of high and only went there when I needed something gormet. Since then, I've discovered what GREAT deals can be found at Farm Fresh! I especially like the spend $$ get $ deals. I love the double $1 Qs on Wednesday. If only we could get that weekly ad ahead of time.

Hi, I'm Janine, and live in Williamsburg. I have a local FF and one up the street a little at Norge. I did come across a little hassle on last week's double day. Had a $1.00/2 on the suave shampoo. One of the "flavors" was on sale for $1.25. So I should have been able to pick up 2 bottles for 25c each. At the register, the coupon rang up as -$1.00 and -25c. The manager would not honor the correct doubling (there was no "do not double" quoted on the Q." He told me that some coupons do not double. I asked how the customer would know that, he said "they wouldn't". I left without the shampoo and emailed the store to clarify what went wrong but have heard nothing. Wonder if anyone else has come across this situation and what you did to hopefully rectify it. Still love FF!

Hey, good to hear from so many Hampton Roads friends! I'm Jennifer and I'm in North Suffolk. I, too, sometimes do the one on Western Branch, but not if I can make it to the one on Bridge Road. THe people there are so nice and customer service is awesome. They always have a free cookie for the kiddies and sometimes balloons for them....makes the trip easier!
I've been to the fuel express one in Smithfield when I'm out there way for farmer's markets or things and the people there seem very nice. I went to college a million years ago in Williamsburg and have also been to the one in Norge, small but friendly...sorry about your shampoo encounter!
I split most of my shopping between FF and the Kroger up the road....just keep checking those deals!

Hi, I'm Linda. I live in the Virginia Beach area. I do most of my grocery shopping at SWM, but since I've been couponing the last 6 months, I go where the best deal is with my q's! I usually only shop at Farm Fresh when they offer triple q's (because my SWM is STILL cheaper than FF offering double q's).

P.S. Honor, I also am a couponholic!!

I have always shopped at ff for special items, but just started doing real grocery shopping there because of the double coupons. I am married with 3 kids and a house full of animals(2 dogs, 1 cat, 2 birds and 1 bunny). So I am always running around doing something.

I'm Beth and shop at the Elizabeth City FF. I moved here three years ago from CA and this FF has the ONLY Starbucks in Eastern North Carolina! That really meant a lot to me, coming from a place with a Starbucks on every corner. I normally shop at Food Lion because they seem to have better sales, but now that FF has double coupons it may be worth taking a better look.

Which Food Lion do you like better? The one on Eringhouse or the one on North Road? I prefer North Road, as I feel it is just "safer"...........Eringhouse gives me the creeps! LOL

I didn't realize we had so many Yorktown Ladies! I live in Gloucester, I usually shop the FF at Gloucester Point, but if there are really good double/triple sales, I'll go to the one by 17 & Dembigh BLVD. I LOVE the new Walgreens there! And sometimes I'll go to the FF on Victory BLVD. & hit up Kroger too.
If you ever see me, I usually have at least 2 kids with me & an enourmous purple zip-up binder :-)

I go to the one on Weeksville Rd, across from ECSU. North Rd., is that going out of town near the Ford Dealership.?

Yes, the one on Eringhaus is the seedier one in town.
