Hi Stephanie! Have you ever used printable coupons at that FF? I know someone who shops at that one and she's been told twice that she can't use them so I wanted to see if the entire store is unaware of the policies, or just a few select employees.

Before I moved last July, I shopped that exact store.

Tips:

Beer rebates are at the Customer Service Desk, so always stop and ask if they have any rebates (they keep them in a basket behind the desk).......

If you go around 9:30-10:00am daily, you will hit the gold mine of marked down meats and save loads of money........

Also walk through the wine department and look for wine tags hanging on the necks of the bottles and go into the beer cooler and walk around looking for tear pads.

I miss that store so much! I loved John and Florene (cashiers) and Jennifer who is/was behind the customer service desk. NICE people!

I'm Wolfspirit/Cindy, and I shop @ the FF on RT 17 and Crewe Road in Hayes. And, I have Honor to thank for it! We met one day in Walmart....I think the big giveaway was the BIG COUPON BINDERS we each had in our carts. And, I'll be able to see her tomorrow at the Wild Rabbit!! Yeah!!

I don't mind waiting till 10:30 after all, not a whole lot of fantastic deals for me this week. But the kiddos are starting to grow into the phase where they want a bowl of cereal as a snack, so maybe I'll get some more cereal.

Hi, I'm Kristi and as of this morning, I've been recruited to shop at the FF in Gloucester as well. I never knew they did $1 doubles on Wednesday! I can't wait til ours get those lovely gas pumps!

Hey yall! Chesapeake here, and i am a newbie, but learning fast! I also have 3 FF to choose from (actually 4, there are two on Battlefield Blvd), but I still pick the tiniest oldest one, because they are so nice there. I think the other local couponers avoid this one because they think it might run out of sale stuff faster? idunno. anyway, I had been lamenting that i wouldn't be able to shop at my favorite FF anymore and would have to go exclusively to WMart, when i discovered couponing. I was tossed into the deep end when my friend took me with her on the week Harris Teeter had triple coupons! I was beyond shocked. In less than 3 weeks i have gone from a tiny coupon wallet to a 1inch 3 ring plastic binder, to a 3inch 3 ring zip shut delux binder with alphabetic tabs and baseball card sheet protectors and a carry strap! yeah, i'm drinking the koolaid. Don't laugh, i was PEEVED when the newspaper came out on Sunday with NO ADS - aaarrgh!! Well, now i know all about insert schedules, ! I would love to shop with one of you knowledgeable couponers sometime, you can find me at FF in Great Bridge just about every Weds morning now, they open at 6 .

Hi! I'm Sherry & I live in Williamsburg. We have 3 FF in our area, I mainly shop @ the one on Merrimac Trail. I've been couponing for about 3 months & love it. All I can say is couponing ruins you.....you will NEVER pay full price for anything again! LOL

Hi, I'm Lyra...I've been couponing for a couple months now. I live in Newport News and the closest FF that I shop at is the one on Chatham. Although, I work in Hampton, so on my lunchbreaks or after work (before I pick up the kids), I'll go to the one on Coliseum Dr. I was so excited to find out that FF doubles their coupons so I've been going there to pick up basics. Wow, I've finally found where all my fellow coupon addicts in Hampton Roads are! I'm Amanda and I live in Chesapeake and I knew there were plenty of you by things sold out if they're free / on a good sale, LOL, but I figured in a population like this someone would run their own blog for frugal Hampton Roads people (is it just me or do our coupon and sales seem VERY different sometimes from the blogs in other areas??)
