Is it just me or maybe it's just the Quarterpath store here in Williamsburg, but I always have a problem with them doubling or tripling the coupons incorrectly. Every visit I have made to this store, results in me having to have them correct coupon errors. They are always VERY pleasant and apologetic about it, but if I wasn't vigilant (or didn't have the time - which happened today and I got done for $2+) I would be getting overcharged on every visit. Is there a way to alleviate this or is it just the name of the game? Some visits it has been as much as a $7 discrepancy.

The four pack of Starbucks Frappucinos are in the flyer as $4.99. The shelf tag says $5.99 and that is what they rang up as. I was able to get one of the packs for free. So keep an eye out for that one too.

My Evic special was.. buy one 32 oz Nancy's Appetizers and get one free. I have a $1 coupon for this.. I am hoping that they are $4.99 each so this would make it $3.99 for both.
Smart balance. I have coupons buy 1 butter get the sour cream free. The sour cream( reduced fat) is really great, so I might have an over stock of butter this month and next,
The Emerald Deluxe nuts. are BOGO I have $1.50 / 2 coupons this would make them $5.49 for 2( they are $6.99 each at my store. and they have Cocoa dusted almonds that are the best)
I am going tonight to get these things, and the Tropicana( I have $1 coupons/2) I can always use cheap O.J.

Hey y'all.

Today the cashier I usually never have problems with somehow tried to find reasons to not accept my coupons. It is very frustrating and this was the 2nd (in my eyes) bigger incident I had there now.... HT was the only Grocery store I could go shopping without feeling "weird" and getting the "eye" using coupons and CS was great! This clearly starts to change :(

First it was the $.50 Qpon for the hamburger meat she can't accept since it is not from coupons.com or smartsource :dunno:
After a little arguing the Manager came over (she is a sweetheart) and said that they accept them and she can take 'em (cashier was not too happy about that)

Then I had the $1/1 Scotties tissues Qpon. They are $1.69 regular and on Bogo sale for $.85 ea.
It needed an override and the cashier tells me she can't take this coupon either. Manager came over again and pushed it through but told me she is actually not supposed to since it is against the policy (again.. she is a sweetheart and was very nice about it!) I told her to take it off then since it is not my intention to go against HT policy. She said that it is fine (but I know now for future references). We also talked about adjusting the Qpon down but she said the policy does not allow that either :anyone:

Did any of you run into problems with the Scotties deal?

So, even though triples are over, I found some great deals at HT yesterday. Thought I would share those here in case anyone needs this stuff!

Nesquik Single Serve milks are BOGO! Regular price at my store was 1.75, so free with the 0.50/1 insert coupon.

Uncle Ben's Long Grain Rice is on sale for 2/$3. Use the 0.75/1 insert coupon and these are free!

Dr. Pepper is 0.99 this week. If you were lucky enought to find the .55/1 peelies at Food Lion, these are free!

Pet Ritz pie crusts are BOGO. I am not sure, but I think the regular price on these at my store was 2.79. If your store will allow you to buy 2 packages and use the 0.50/2 insert coupon, this is a good deal!

Sargento shredded cheese is BOGO. I cannot remember regular price- I think it was 3.79? Anyway, the latest 2 issues of All You magazine had a 0.55/1 Sargento coupon! So, very cheap cheese!

Buitoni pasta is BOGO again- this is the packages of ravioli, tortellini. They are regularly 4.19 at my store. A decent deal with the $1/1 insert coupon for these. Also, the cheaper linguine and fettuccine types are on sale for 1.75 until some time in December!

Tic Tac Chill is still on sale for 1.49, so free with the 0.75/1 insert coupon if you didn't use all of those during triples! (I didn't because my store was out of it the entire time!)

Also, be on the lookout for peelies, winetags, and tearpads! Some of the ones I found yesterday were: $1 off Butterball turkey wt, $2 off shrimp wt, 0.50/1 Dannon product peelie, and a tearpad with 0.75/1 Reynolds parchment paper coupons in it.

Hope that info helps someone!
