While reading about some of the upcoming deals, there is a limit specified. For example, if the limit is 2, can I buy the items for both deals in the same transaction and get all the ECBs? Or do I need spread it out over separate 2 stores?

So here's what I'm doing for this week:

(4) Dawn Hand Renewal = $3.88
(4) Glade SO Candle Holders = $19.96 (I'm guessing them to be about $4.99 ea)
(4) Glade SO Candle Refills = $10
(4) Glade S&S Starters = $20 (Have raincheck for them @ 2/$10)
Glade Fragrance Coll. Reed Diffuser = $6.99

Total = $60.83 bef. tax
- $2.50 Dawn Hand Renewal (3x $.50/1 & $1/1)
- $8 Glade SO Candle Holders (4x $2/1)
- $10 Glade SO Candle Refills (4x Buy Holder Get Refill Free)
- $16 Glade S&S Starter (4x $4/1)
- $4 Glade S&S Starter (4x $3/1 CVS Coupon - I'm assuming no overage - but if I get it, WOO HOO!)
- $3 Glade Fragrance Collection
-$5/25 CVS.com survey Q

After Coupons + tax = $13.32

Get back
$9 ECB - Glade SO Candles
$6.99 - Glade Reed Diffuser

Burn however many ECB's I need to get my OOP low.

Now, my question is about the BOGO coupons. I don't know if I'll be able to get out this afternoon to do my shopping. If I needed to get a raincheck for the Glade SO candles & refills, how would that work? I'm assuming that I'd need a RC for both the holders and refills. Obviously make sure they've got the event code and such needed for the ECB's at a later time, etc. When going to redeem the RC, would I still be able to use the BOGO's for these items? How would I do that to make sure that I was able to get the BOGO and all of the ECB's? I hope that makes sense - or perhaps I'm just over-thinking this and confusing myself!! Thanks for any help in advance

Hey all!!!!!

I went to CVS today to get my 8 free cans of Campbell's soup. Apparently the .50 each deal is only for tomato and chicken noodle fyi.

Anyhoo, while I was looking around, I found 3 things of clearanced Pampers for $3.15 each! Course being a couponer I had $3 coupons with me that I wanted to use. Well, the cashier informed me that CVS will not accept coupons period on clearance or "taxible items." I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. So I asked her to please keep them behind the counter and I'd be back after I confirmed that with corporate. I've been told this by other cashiers at the store but others will accept them, so I really wanted to know what the policy is.

I drove home to call corporate (didn't have cell on me) and I spoke with Carin (pronounced Ker-in.) She was upset that the store wasn't following corporate's policy of accepting coupons on all clearance items. She called the store to inform them of the corporate policy and also made a report with the district manager!

I drove back to the store and got my diapers with my coupons YAY! Score 1 for the couponers! I just thought I'd share my story with everyone in case you've ever been not allowed to use coupons on clearance stuff.

BTW-one of the coupons inside my packages expired in '08 :eek2::eek2: And I can't tell how expired those diapers were b/c the date is smudged off.
