Do you enter your receipts into your Rite Aid account even if you have no SCR items on it or you have either reached $100 in GOS or GOS is not going on?

Do you enter your receipts into your Rite Aid account even if you have no SCR items on it or you have either reached $100 in GOS or GOS is not going on? I normally do not, but yesterday the manager at my RA told me I should. She said that doing so allows RA to see that you are a frequent shopper (for more than just SCR's) and will help out when mailing coupons and such. I believe what the manager said because she has always been a great (and informative) manager. I had never heard such thing, but it makes sense. CVS for example can track the customers purchases with the card, and some say the spending effects the particular coupons you get from their store scanners.

I had an issue last week with the HE BOGO sale. I contacted CS while I was in the store and the CS rep said she would send me a copy of the policy.

Well....not only did she send me a copy of the customer version of their Coupon Acceptance Policy but she also included a memo from the Store Operations VP AND their internal Coupon Acceptance policy. :eek2:

I couldn't believe it. I don't think I will post that in it's entirety here because it clearly states in the memo: "Please never give a customer a copy of our internal policies as they are written for Associates." But later I will post certain points from their internal policy. It's only confirmation of stuff we already knew though.

EDIT::: The customer version I received it the same one posted in this post so I won't repost that.
