OSI said not to report it to anyone else until they investigated. 2 weeks later, they determined since I had my money returned to me (even though i had to demand it) no crime was committed. Yesterday, DH gave the report to the Base Commander and Wing IG. I also mailed the report to DECA HDQRTS & DECA IG. But basically, no one seems to care.

The store manager sent me an email that stated:...IF THE COUPONS WERE VALID, they should have been scanned. The cashier will be reminded how to scan coupons at HER QUARTERLY EVALUATION. Oh and please keep shopping at the Maxwell commissary.

Once again, Maxwell Commissary is blaming the shopper (if the coupons were valid) for the problem, and this cashier gets away with everything while others are fired for much less. This is so frustrating I could spit!
