My husband and I have purchased numerous things from Best Buy over the course of the past 7 years including 2 cell phones, 3 computers, 2 tv's, various other items and most recently our washer and dryer.  On October 25th with the help of Stacy at your Edwardsville Illinois location, we purchased a Fridgidaire front loader washer and dryer set and spent over $1300.  The service was phenomanal and what we are use to as we debated if this is the one we wanted.  We ended up getting it and as we left I asked a gentleman standing at the front if there was a manager I could speak with and he said it was him.  I commended Stacy for helping us find exactly what we were looking for.  We left with the information that they would be delivered later that next week.  On my way home, I decided we needed a stacking kit not knowing that it didn't come with it. I called Stacy gave her my debit card for it and she said it would be delievered with the washer and dryer.  The $19.xx was billed to the card immediately.<br />

Later that week it arrived, and needless to say this was the start of a huge disaster.  The wrong stacking kit was sent for the first time.  Before the delivery men left, a gentlmen from the distribution center called and said I would need to go to the store to get it resolved.  I asked if he could just set the appointment up to deliver the correct one and he said no.  He didn't have them leave the stacking kit, even though I had purchased it.  At this time, I left my home and made the 25 minute drive to the store with my 18 month in tow.  Here a gentleman named Ron helped me.  I stood and waited for approximately 20 minutes as he searched through the internet and my instruction book trying to figure out which one to order.  He finally told me I could go ahead and go and he would figure out which one would work, get it ordered and set up the delivery.  So for a second time, I waited home on my day off for the 4 hour window and it arrived, but it was the wrong one.<br />

Come to find out, the wrong one would be delivered again.<br />
<br />
Stacy, Ron and later the store manager Greg would help me.  I made another 25 minute trip to the store on a Saturday night due to fury I experienced that day from the wrong peice being sent again.  Greg stated that he would take care of it and get back to me as soon as he heard something.  Himself and Stacy worked to figure out which peice it was and then got back to me saying it would be delivered.  Well, this time, my husband was at home for the delivery, and you wouldn't believe what happened.  The wrong peice once again for the 4th time.<br />
 <br />
Let me tell you how this went, I waited around again between the four hour window that I had been given for the 5th time, and you wouldn't believe it.  A tech showed up, with nothing.  No stacking kit.  He called the distribution center and I spoke with Amanda.  Long story short, no reason why he was sent but that the delivery was set up for 2 days later. <br />
<br />
I immediately got off the phone, contacted the 1800 number found on your website where another lady named Stacy took my information and said she would look into it.  She called me back about an hour later.  She apologized and said there was nothing that she could do, but I could wait for it to be delievered again.  I asked if she spoke with Greg at the store and she said yes. <br />
 <br />
This makes it even more interesting because I called Greg first, but he was busy and I was so irrate I didn't want to wait so thats why I called the 1800 number in the first place.  Well, of course when I got off with Stacy I immeditly called he store where I spoke with Greg, the store manager.  I asked if he had spoke with the corporate office and he said no, and that he had just got my message from the first time I called.  I informed him of the situation and he said he would call me back as he looked into it.<br />

I left my home and headed to the grocery store since it was my day off and I had spent the last couple hours waiting on the stacking kit and some support from Stacy.  Needless to say, she did nothing.  I did get a call later that afternoon and Greg was sending someone to get the stacking kit from the distribution center to deliver and set up at my home.  It came, it was the correct one, but that's not the issue.<br />
 <br />
As you can see, this same things happend not once, not twice, not three times, not four times but FIVE TIMES.  I have never been so irrate about an experience at your store.  The important thing is now, the situation has been resolved.  But my question to you is why did it take over 5 trips to my home, contact with 4 employess, a call to the 1800 number, and 3 trips to the store to resolve this?</div>

5. glade sent an extra coupon book because the online coupons wont print to my printer.<br />

6. i joined the johnsonville team and get coupons in the mail for johnsonville products quite a bit.<br />
<br />
7. entimens doesnt carry my cinnamon strudel anymore so they sent 2- 1.00 off any product- came in handy tonight.<br />

8. i joined the farmland ham website- then i got various coupons for their ham products in the mail twice already<br />
<br />
9. the germ-ex company sent me 10  .25 off any size germex so i sent them to school for the teachers.<br />

10. i emailed the makers of the bounce dryer bar asking where to buy the bar refill packs- lol-they apparently dont make just the replacement bar  i  didnt know you have to replace the whole thing- so they sent a 1.00 off coupon in the mail and said they will discuss selling a 3 or 4 pack of the replacement bars- lol.<br />

the companies that send back emails saying we dont send out coupons are shaving creams- razors- some toothpaste companies- etc- its hit and miss what you et.<br />
i get coupons atleast 2 times a week adn cant think of any others right this minute.......</div>

With forums like AFC, news travels fast about good products and not-so-good products.</div>

I did check on this for you and was told that according to the P&amp;G coupon policy, the Tide $1 coupon can be redeemed on a trial size since it doesn't state otherwise. However, your store may have a different policy. If the price is under $1 no change will be given.<br />

THEN I get an envlope a few weeks later from Allen's Canning Company (or something similar) with a $5 bill inside apologizing for the inconvenience. I WAS STOKED!!!<br />

A week later I get a HUGE BOX from Allen's.. inside was about 20 cans of different foods some included were yams (the one's where you make sweet potatos), veg-all, Allen's green beans, string potatos, and lots others.<br />

I couldn't believe it!!! It was one of the best responses that I'd ever gotten from any company regarding a complaint (next to foster farms because I can't complain about a $25 check!).</div>
