Sunday night I put bread in it and was finishing up dinner. The oven had been turned on for roughly 5 minutes when the glass door exploded. Glass went flying across the entire room. The handle flew across the room too. My dinner had glass in it and all had to be thrown out. I just stood there in a state of shock. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I couldn't believe what had just happened. It took me a VERY long time to clean up all of the glass.
I called the company today and they immediately offered to mail me a new oven. I didn't even ask for it. My concern at this point is what is to make me believe that the same thing won't happen with a new unit. Is this happening to other people? Has anyone been injured due to this product? I first got one today; they had the RR sign up in front of the wrong item; the assist. mgr couldn't figure out what the item it was, that it was supposed to be. Finally said he guessed they didn't carry it & was sorry the sign was in the wrong place. I asked him if it could be elsewhere in the store; he finally found it on the counter at the pharmacy.

They had 2 flavors; a green tea mint & a manderine orange; I believe they were.

Has anyone tried them; & what is their opinion on the flavors? "Mint" sounded good to me, except for the green tea; but I didn't know if that meant green tea in it, or the flavor.
