I know it often works that way when it's buy a certain # of items, but I'm not sure on cats that call for $ amounts. I do know that the $10 is before cpns - anyway, if I could do $20 or $30 and get 2 or 3 cats, that would be great to combine w/ $10/$50 thursday this week.
