I went to talk to the manager and he said there is nothing they can do in the store. They are having a lot of issues on this and I will have to call customer service which of course is closed and will call me back Monday. I was not a happy camper. This is bad customer service and I told the manager so. I want all of you to check your receipt's and make sure it is taken off yours. Just a heads up.</div>

One of the first weeks the fresh rewards program came out I got a $5 reward, but I can't seem to spend $5. I had to combine my shopping with my Mom's in order to use it before it expires. Have I just become too spoiled by HT's tripples and wags freebies? Or are the sales really that bad? It seems like they throw us a bone every now and then with .19 chilli mix and .39 beans, but then everything else is really high and I can't justify it.</div>
