| Supercoupons?
Does anyone know if they will let you use mfc coupons with the supercoupons they've been using lately and stack them? I'm new to couponing and am very close to Dominick's and would appreciate any advice on how to save the most at Dominick's. Thanks so much! |

They do allow you to stack manu q's with the supercoupons. It's too bad there's usually a limit one deal on those supercoupons though because sometimes our q's are buy 2 get $.xx off which isn't always worth it when the second item is full price as the supercoupon doesn't apply to it.

I was wandering the aisles of a almost deserted Dominicks tonite (it is not my regular Dominicks) and had picked up the peter pan peanut butter, mlk, Chewy Granolas, onions, powder sugar, a clearanced pizza, and the mac and cheese. When I got to the register, a new cashier got on the register. To say the cashier was kinda a jerk would been an understatement. I had mq for everything but the onions and milk. The cashier told me that I didn't have enough for the super coupons because I needed to have a 10.00 purchase and the onions "weren't gonna cut it". Because I usually spend more when I shop, I didn't even get that he was saying I needed to spend ten dollars before any items on the super coupons. When it sank in I just smiled and said I just get th onions, I'd be back on Saturday fot the 72 hour specials. I have never noticed this with the super coupons before, has anyone else had this problem?

I've gone before and purchased ONLY supercoupon items which came to just over $10 BEFORE the super coupons (much less after my mfg coupons and the supercoupons). The cashier said he wasn't "supposed" to let me do that but the cash register rang it in just fine. This was August 2008 so I don't know how different it is now if at all. I'm sure that it just depends on the cashier and I would suggest just asking him to ring it all in next time and see if the register would take it. If not, have them take it off on the spot.
