I tried these, they are really good! Smell really nice just make sure you put that gel on the side of the toilet you don't see when you walk into the bathroom.

The coupon and the sale are for the Automatic Toilet Spray, not the gel.

Yes, the Cleaner Starter kits were on sale at Family Dollar for $4. But, no need to feel awful. Everyone has mis-read a coupon or gotten bad advice at least once. I know that I certainly have. Don't fret about it, just try to be more careful in the future.

I'm wondering if my family dollar just is doing its own thing. Stopped in last night (1/25)and the Scrubbing Bubbles One Step were still on sale for $4 AND they were finally restocked so I picked up more. I thought the sale ended on the 24th though?

I have found with Dollar General & Family Dollar the price on an item often stays the same for a while after the sale ends. Not always, but often enough that it's worth checking in with them for a while after the flyer prices expire.

While this is just a guess on my part, I think it has to do with whether or not the items were a part of the regular stock before the sale. If not, (maybe it was a special promo item) then the price seems to remain the same until all of the stock is gone. If it was regular stock then the price goes back to whatever it was before the sale.

Guess I need to re-check store for these kits. I know the ad has already expired, but, good to know this could be an everyday low price! I have a lot of the $3 cpns that came in the kits that I could use for more kits.

They are 4 dollars always, that is what we set the new product at on the shelf...and there is no memo here saying we cant take those coupons..i think your manager is just making up his/her own rules

Shelf sticker reads $4 for these. Good luck in finding them. If they won't accept the $4/1 you might want to try using the $3/1 that comes in the pkg. I can't see any reason why they won't accept the $4 insert cpn tho.

I have been using the coupons only for the 'one step' system. They are still $4 at my FD and there are plenty in stock.

I don't think that anyone is using the q for the gel, or at least if they did, it was a mistake. The q is definitely supposed to be for the One Step kits which is what Family Dollar is selling for $4.

My $4/1 insert q was the the one step kits. FD's price for this was $4/1.
