Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

I know, the process is lengthy...but they are so darn good!!

2 cups flour
1 cup warm milk
margarine...lot's
cinnamon
chopped pecans
yeast

dissolve a package of yeast in some of the warm milk..then mix it with the flour and the rest of the milk....mix up your dough well, cover with a clean, moist dish towel and set in a nice warm area to rise...I usually set mine on top of the stove while the oven is pre-heating. After your dough has doubled in size roll it out in a nice long rectangular shape. Spread margarine all over it, sprinkle cinnamon and pecans. roll form the long sides, pinch shut and slice off in sections about 1/2 inch thick. Place on a very well greased cookie sheet, just barely touching each other and bake at around 350 for around 25-35 minutes. Some people like to ice these, I just sprinkle some confectioner's sugar on mine....MMMMMM...serve them warm with milk
