Oreo Bon Bons

1 package of Oreo cookies, any variety
1 package of cream cheese (8 ounce) softened
Chocolate or white chocolate almond bark

Pulverize cookies in food processor. Add cream cheese until blended and a ball of dough is formed. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Coat oreo balls with chocolate and place on wax paper until cool.

**you can add chopped nuts to the top after dipping for a "professional look". Place in paper cups if you want**

If you like Oreos - here is a desert recipe I make... and seeing as it involves a couple steps - you could call it cooking.
Take a pile of oreos and crunch them up in a bowl - pour some Bailey's Irish Cream over them and stir together so you have a thick fudgy paste. Spoon that over some Vanilla Ice Cream! Yummy.
