This is so easy and it really tastes good. Great for the upcoming holidays.

Crock Pot Candy
2 (14-oz) jars roasted peanuts (1 salted, 1 unsalted)
2 (6-oz) packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (4-oz) block German chocolate bar
3 lbs. white almond bark

Layer ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hours. Don't stir and don't peek. Cool for 5 minutes in pot. Then stir, and drop on wax paper by spoonfuls. Store in airtight container.

***the pot will be over full, but will melt down. Just check back to make sure the lid goes down.****

I don't see why you couldn't half it. It didn't last long at our Christmas party. I made them smaller, like the size of a turtle candy piece. Hope you like it.

I found the german chocolate bars in the baking asile. You can buy it like unsweet chocolate used for baking. HTH
