I just checked the CVS website, and the site looks completely different. The amazing part, now I can track my EB online. The total matches exactly the same as my current EB. They even listed the item you purchased to qualify for the EB, and the expiry date. I'm impressed!!

Do you think they also track how many CVS coupons you used too? (internally)

I just reregistered...and now I sign in with a password.

I absolutely LOVE The new site. It's more modern...has MUCH more info on the ECB side - I couldn't see what ECB's had been previously issued to me before - now I CAN - This is great!!!

I like it.

However, it has not yet generated a $4/20 for me like I'd hoped. UGH.

I tried to re-register and it wouldn't let me. argh. I asked for the password reminder email and it's been a few mins and I haven't gotten it.

I signed in using my email addy and hit forgot password. Then it gave a number you can call for assistance. I'm waiting a bit yet to see if i get an email.

If you didn't have an account previously that you would have used to request refills on prescriptions and shopping on line you might have to create a new account. I had a account that way before and I signed in and it worked. Previously you would have to sign in that way to get a prescription refill request and then sign in like most of you are use to for the ECB section. Once you create a new account it will let you link your ECB card to that account. Hopefully this will help some - although now that I read it - it is still confusing.

I created a new account linking my old EC card to it and it worked like a charm Was able to see all my unused ECBs and how I got them, etc. ~ very cool, I like the new tools

Yes, you can print your coupons to use for in-store purchases. After you sign in to your account and have attached an ExtraCare card, go to the ExtraCare page and click on the Current Coupons tab. Then click on the coupon description for your printable coupon.

So, now I'm off to search for printable coupons. <~ Okay I'm a dope, after rereading this I believe they are referring to like the $4/$20 when renew your email, etc. Not actual CVS coupons.

That's nothing new, it's just referring to the quarterly extrabucks that you earn 2% off your oop expense. It just happens to sound funny. But it means the same thing it always has.

I went in a signed up, I was shocked to see my ECB total, I wonder if this info is available when you call CS. I know I called last week about the Bic Soleil ECb I didn't get, I wonder if the rep saw my high balance and this swayed her decision not to give me the ECB...........LOL This was the first time I've ever been denied, I bought the Bic shimmer and it didn't count towards the deal, she flat out refused to issue the ecb and told me to return the item to the store.
