Does someone have the numbers & e-mail addresses? I got the "I'm sorry, I will not take internet printed coupons" (Skippy & Pampers) UGH!!!! I said I would give CS a call because I know that is not right. After putting away all my coupons and turning to leave she said.."Don't you need their number?" I had my 2 young daughters with me, so I just smiled and said, "I have it thank you."

I don't even think I can call them right now I am so stinkin mad.

UPDATE -- I call and spoke to a customer service rep who again said that is incorrect, as we all know. So, he called the store & the mgr will be calling me today to apologize. I let him know that I will not be returning to the store unless I had an apology. I am a crier, so maybe he felt bad, I don't know. But, as a compensation I will be getting 3 of the $3 coupons. He kind of laughed when he said he would be sending them for me to use, as he hopes they don't have an issue with their own coupons.

But, I don't like to complain. I am far more likely to call or write to compliment. Many times when I am told no over a coupon I say ok, and go on with my purchase. But, today I had had it with them not knowing what their own coupon policies are!

I am so sick of the employees at these store thinking they know everything. Its gettting worse and worse I think. I was at target yesterday and I had some coupons that said dg on them but they were manu coupons. The lady took 3 of them but the forth one she wouldnt take I was like they say manu not only redemable at dg. She goes we wont get paid back for these coupons. I said you will get paid back from p&g(that is were the coupons are from) She said no it hurts target when these coupons are used here from people like you. I was like what ever. I looked at my friend and I said I hate it when people act like they own the store. and the lady was like what do you mean by that. I was like exactly what I said. You dont own the store. I said I to my friend then I probably spend more money here then some of the employees do. Then I walked away. I was ticked! I hate it when you can go and some of the target employees are really nice and some are blah I rather not say! Do you ever feel when walking to the front, you say to yourself now what person up here is going to be nice? I do that all the time. I feel I always find the wrong one.

I've gotten to the point I know which cashiers are nice and which ones will cause problems.... 2 of the cashiers I avoid at all costs see me and roll their eyes now as they know I will probably have coupons. Its ridiculous

I definitely look for ones who look like they will be nice! I have one at Cub Foods that I avoid like the PLAGUE! She separates all the coupons between Cub and manufacturer ones - then has to match up all the qs with the items. Then she scrutinizes each one. It took me 25 minutes to check out the one time I went to her - never again! I will not go to her lane, no matter what. I will wait until they open another lane even!

Since that time, I rarely go to older women - I have had just too much bad experiences. I know I'm stereotyping - but it just has been awful when I have. Although one checker yesterday was really young and wouldn't let me do two coupons on a BOGO because that would be paying me to take it for free. Well, that was the point! And they get reimbursed for those qs! I didn't have time to argue as I needed to pick my ds up. Won't be going back to her either!

And, during the school year, I only go to Target after 3pm. Otherwise you get the old bitties who think everyone is trying to rip them off. Sorry to any old bitties here, of course! Just kidding!

I worked in retail for several years and I never had a coronary over whether someone was getting a good, researched deal. I was always a cheerleader for them! And curious!

I totally agree, and I usually do. This morning I had the choice of a younger girl and an older lady, I chose the younger girl. The only reason the sup. had to come over is because she put my coupons on the belt & the belt moved & they all fell under the scanner.
