You can always get a rain check, and the coupons are good for a little while, I am sure, if it true and they do have more.....they will eventually restock, i'll try tomarrow when I go and get another 12 bottles of sauve for tax at DG...can you believe the tax is .091 cents???that is crazy! that is probably why I buy all my groceries in TX except the land o frost isn't at the SWM in Denison! maybe krogers will carry it, but SWM in Durant does, and they still charge the tax as if you bought it even though I have free q's, I paid over $2 in tx for 10 pks, well, hey, I need to stock my freezer, especially with gas prices and now taxes!! Can't blame you for stocking up, who knows when there will be a spike in shampoo....heheheheh......

I would also say good job! Even though I live in this town and could only find 2 bottles of conditioner so far this week, oh well, CVS is not a bad drive! heheheh.....Sherman tx is about 35 minutes so I don't blame you for getting what you could, if you had to go back and forth gas prices would more than eat up the amount of shampoo you got. Hope the CVS in Sherman is better stocked than the one in Denison! They still don't have any of the bic soriels for me to do my monthly deal! and I've been waiting since the first!!!!! I even bought coupons for this deal off of eb.. so I sure do hope I can use them before they expire on the 22nd, if not.. guess going to walmart for the double pk for $6.47-$4 q is the way I will have to go and then leave a pile for others to use when I am thru.

na..not me. I only got 6 pks, different trips this week between running into town, I didn't have but a few bogo q's. I will not be there that early, I don't have to go into town until around 1p, my kiddo goes to Florida tomarrow with Church. I love finding out about great deals! from this site......not bashing anyone. If you knew us OKies...you would understand, we are pretty laid back people and would give our arms and legs to people who don't have them, I also give lots to people at my church who really don't have. I sure wish they would learn to do these great deals at CVS, WAG's, SWM & DG..then our town would be the cleanest on the universe!!!!!!hehehehe...and shinny hair from all that free shampoo and clean shaven legs for that smooth clean feeling.....gotta love it........

Well I posted this because I thought wow I got a really good deal. I may think twice before sharing any deals again on here.I never thought I would have to explain what I do with all that stuff but if it makes you all happy it is no sweat off my back.I am a good person just ask hunnypotsmom and kobosky123. But anywho I love afc and hope that it continues to be a great evironment.

Might be time to close this thread down.....like is said previously, a post describing x amount of anything when so many are having a hard time getting x product will obviously have many people post with varying opinions, but still, so much division over shampoo is not helping us get any deals!!

Ok, I really have to jump in and defend missadam908. I don't know you, but I do live in Durant, OK and shop at that Walgreens. In fact, I teach the coupon classes in Durant. I think that's a lot of shampoo, but I think that's perfectly acceptable around here. Shopping habits in the Durant/Sherman area are a lot different than the rest of the world, and there aren't a ton of couponers around here who would go after that deal. As long as there were some left, I say more power to you. You were responsible, and you know the area you shop in. I have couponed all over, and southeastern Oklahoma is its own world where something like that is a lot more socially acceptable than in other parts of the world.

I just had to put that out there because there aren't many people on the board from our area.

VERY GOOD JOB missadam908!!!!!!!! I had my first couponing experience at Walgreens this weekend too and between 3 stores I ended up with 76 bottles!!! I had planned to get like 10 at each store and then try to get some this coming up week at CVS but, at one of my stores the manager was VERY nice and asked that if I had anymore coupons would I please buy some more... I thought well dang if you are going to twist my arm i suppose I will!! ha! He said it helps their numbers and that he ordered PLENTY before this sale!! He said they are reimbursed for the total amount (4.99) here...so he did not care how manY I got!!! I understand where some of you are coming from because I do get discouraged when CVS is out of things too but, at the same time...AFC is supposed to be a place to come and "brag" about the deals we were able to put together and all the goodies we got!!! so everyone play nicely!! haha!!
