Got my envie from corp today......it included a letter of apology AND a $20 GC!

Figures I would get this the day after buying DS a $50 train table there for his b-day!!

I would wear the letter on my shirt like a scarlett "A" and say "naanaaa naanaaaa" to that store! I really hope the word got around from your wonderful letter and I hope that the 2 managers know about the policy now!!

yeah...I'm thinking of putting the letter in my binder with my e-mail of the coupon policy and pulling it out if I ever have another problem! LOL

I'm thinking that GC will work well with all my electrasol coupons!

Way to stand up for yourself! I recently called and complained too, and I got my letter also and a $3.00 coupon. I plan on taking it with me everytime I go there!

I am glad, I believe that corp. is working to try to re-train the team members to be more coupon friendly. It is hard, after a few ruin it for the rest of us by, changing a q, or using q's fraudualently. We as a group have to show them that we are honest in the way we use them!

I also got some apology coupons when I complained abt this employee who refused to accept the Pampers coupons and told be those are web coupons hence can only be used online. Idiot I know so I called corp. Next time I see him in the store and gets hassled by him again I will tell him "Fine! I'll have fun complaining abt you again and getting my apology coupons."

I had a horrible experience one day over some trivial amount of money. I bought 1 to many items (didn't have a coupon for it) so I walked from the cashier to the costumer service and they refused to let me return it for the full value even though I paid full price they wanted to give me 2 cents which is what I paid for the ones with coupons. Finally pissed and about 20 minutes of arguing I left called corp and they sent me 3 $3 coupons that never showed up, they where nice and resent them. I stayed away from Target for a long time though, I was so mad. But was happy that I got $9.00 because the stupid girl refused to give me less than a buck back.
