thanks for the info! I just sent my email beaming about how great most of my local target people are! And it also gave me an opportunity to let them know about my recent bad experience with one of the store managers..been bugging me that I did not report her very rude behavior! (she would not take target coupons if they didnt scan,would not let me use formula checks because they had my husbands name on them and not mine..scrutinized every coupon..said only one target coupon per visits..even though our stores limit is six per visit).. treated me quite badly! so thank you for the info! I liked the opportunity to praise the nice ones.. and let them know about the bad one!!

I used the general email to write to them....and we will see if I get a response. I have had 2 run ins with my local store in the past week. They do not want to allow you to use more than ONE manufacturers coupon at a time!!!! They had 4 employees over there the last time (one "manager"). They said this is how they have to do it now....ONE PER TRANSACTION! Can you imagine? This is just so ridiculous I can hardly even believe that ANY employee would think this is correct info they are receiving. This was not an issue of combining Target coupon with manufactuer coupon - this was just I had 8 razors and 8 manaufacturer coupons....and they said that was not allowed! obviously they have been told "something" about a transaction but do not understand the difference between a "transaction" and a "purchase". And ofcourse when I try to explain the difference...it all fell on deaf ears and I heard the usual "well, we have a lot of fradulent coupon use". I am sure they do....but HOW does that relate to this transaction OR to ME? I used to like to go to Target as I never had any problems. But as I pointed out to corporate...K-Mart is within a block and Wal-Mart is within a mile. We DO have aother choices! I do not see how any store in this day and age can discourage people from shopping at their place. I am curious to see if anyone contacts me about this problem! |

Thanks for the contact information. I used the email to compliment my store-The cashiers have been really good to me and never given me a problem. Seems like many people have been having problems so I wanted to let them know where the Targets with happy customers are located.

Thanks for the contact info. I just emailed them to ask about their company policy on using coupons that make an item free. Last week the manager of our Target tried to tell me I couldn't use a $1 off 2 Target coupon on fifty cent items because that would make them free. (coupon didn't specify size) So the question is why would Target put out a coupon they won't honor? I emailed the company to ask their policy on this so I will know before I get embarrassed at the check-out again.
