The suspense is KILLING ME!!! I asked at one of our stores tonight and was told MAYBE the first week of August! AHHHH!

Well guys and gals you need to get your Q's, pack up the vans, book hotel rooms or camp in my backyard (Free Showers) because I was told tonight at the Wilson, NC HT that they were going to triples for the 5 week in a row. Also was told that they have heard from another mgr that this can go on for awhile, he saw this same kind of thing go on for 3 mths at another new opening HT that was in in competition with another food chain. This one being Farm Fresh right up the street.
Can I be very honest with everyone, where this has been great it has been work. If I go to another store I just think that they have to triple because I have been so use to it for so long now at this HT, my mind is programed to triples, LOL. Here is the downside, They aren't restocking, they are really cracking down on the policy, they have higher prices, so you have to really look and hope Q's match up with sales. Sure you can get a raincheck but you have to spend more time going back. So in away the excitment has gone away for me and I wish I could be excited about triples, I miss that feeling. Since it has been going on for so long it just feels normal. I'm sure I will be the first one to fall to the ground crying when I see that big truck gone in front of the store that reads triples everyday at this store.

Thank you for saying that, I felt if I did I would be pelted by rocks. It has been fun but I agree the waiting was the sweet part. Really I don't need anymore hamburger helper or ketcup or mustard. LOL

Does anyone know if TRIPLEs will be going on in Wilmington during this time? I live in Mooresville, NC, but will be on vacation at Topsail Beach, and the closest one to there is in Wilmington! If triples does happen in Wilmington, I will take a ride and stock up on dry goods. Any info would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

I guess I could always wait until I get home on 7/26, and go shopping....but the shelves will be EMPTY!

Do they have a HT in Myrtle beach? I will be there till Sat. So sad I was so looking forward to this triples...I guess will hit it sat night but it will be slim pickens

The nearest HT is 1 hour away for me. Last time me & five other couponers carpooled in a suburban. We were there all night! But it was so much fun too. We were so exhausted, Maybe this time we should take a tent!

The HT that we went to is open 24 hours a day. Does anyone know if triples start at 12:01am on the starting day? Maybe DH would let me go in the middle of the night. The good stuff goes so fast!

It is my understanding they start at 7 am on the advertised day. I am not 100% confident, though.

Yes they have one but can't remember where. I looked it up last time I was there to take advantage of some good sales that were going on. You can look online, make sure you get directions from your hotel to the store as it is kinda crazy in that area.

Oh I love you guys. I really thought I was going to miss triples. I have GPS so I shouldn't get lost. And on Thur DH and my sisters BF and kids are all going fishing. We were planning on having a beach day but I might have to drag sissy to HT...ok I'm on vacation and going to HT...I have problems...OK now ladies who can come up with a list for me with very little out of pocket mostly non perisible (well unless we can eat at the beach) and that won't take up much car space on the way home...Come on ladies I have faith in you

Ok new challenge. I will be coming back Sat so I have make a trip Sat evening. I can do 5 transaction a day right?

So I think I will do 2 transaction go to my car do one or two more maybe go home for dinner and then go out again for 1 or 2 more.

So someone tell me the best bang for my buck and things that won't be sold out by Sat.

Help please I will not have much time to prepare and this is only my second triples...

Yes, your VIC card will allow 5 transactions per day.

If I remember, you live in Greensboro, yes? If I am correct, then you need to be asking yourself which HT to avoid if you plan to do that many trips. Don't shop NewGarden -- they will give you a hard time about your 2nd transaction. Same with Guilford College and W.Market

As for best bang for your buck and what will be in stock?? Sorry.

Actually I live in Durham. The store right down the street from me is really small (but they are building a new one so I am hoping for 5 weeks of triples ...There is another one in North Raleigh but that is a good 45 min away so I am thinking that I will just go to the one close and deal with no stock...
