I've been getting the wipes. I did try the cotton swabs (CVS Q-tips) and the manager told me that was not a skin care item, so it was a no go for me.

Well, at first I had a bunch from my store, just the pamphlet ones; I was not buying the magazine.

Then when I ran out of those, I found them on the beauty handbook website, so I saved the ones I thought I might need. They aren't available there right now, but if you do a Google search on "CVS $2 skincare coupon", you should be able to find it.

baby wipes, powder, lotions, bath and wash
bandaids
cottonswabs
after shave
hand lotions & sanitizers
bar and liquid soap
sunscreen
facial cleaning cloths
(I think those are the major ones that I have gotten.)

I did this once and have used it on the wipes ever since but I found a puterolum jelly(tube) in clearance for 25 cents and used the qp and it worked fine.............. but with my luck with the cashiers here lately I stick to the face wipes.

I've used this q on sunscreen, body oil spray (eqv to Avon Skin So Soft), feminine wipes cloths and the face wipes.

The manager at one store questioned the sunscreen but let it go through I think because I had just complained that the HD ice cream I bought the week before expired in June.

I switched to the feminine cloths because they are $1.99 and look like the face wipes that are on the picture.

I used it on the makeup wipes when it was printing the wrong amount of ECB's. Loved that moneymaker!

Here are items I've found that give overage:
Trial size CVS qtips $0.99
10 count cotton rounds $0.99
10 count cotton squares $0.99
cotton balls $1.69

In the trial aisle are also these little packages of CVS qtips, about half the size of the $0.99 pack. They're not in a reusable container, just a little plastic packaging. They are priced at 2 for $0.99. So I'm thinking that would give you the most overage. I like the reusability (is that a word?) of the $0.99 qtip packaging, so that's what I buy.

If you use the $2.00 CVS brand coupon, you will not pay tax on that $2.00. But if the item you're buying is more than $2.00, you will pay tax on any amount over the $2.00 unless you're paying w/ ECBs. Example: You get that CVS-brand version of Stridex for $4.19. You use the $2.00 cvs brand skincare coupon. Your subtotal will then be $2.19, and you will have to pay $2.19 plus tax on the $2.19, unless you pull out some ECBs to bring it lower.

Oh btw the cvs shave gel is on sale this week for 1.99 so w the q it is free! as well as all the others I listed being free or an overage!

That's the first I read about it not beeping --- good going! From my personal experience and what I have read, I thought the second one of any same number CVS coupon always beeps...... Never say never I guess....
