So I have been MIA from the computer and just read some posts about taking back bottles for store credit.
I have some very old/used bottles that are handme downs and are Dr. Browns and some Avent.
Would they still take them back, even thought you can tell they are pretty used?
If so if anyone is here from Illinois which one did you go to?
I live in Aurora Illinois and we have one in Naperville on rt 59 adn I believe another one 20 on the same rd.
Anyone do this and go to any of those stores?
What did you say? Did you call before? who did you talk to ?
I have like 30 bottles and dont want to just walk in and look like an idiot.
Also do they need to be complete, nipples, too?

They are now saying that some stores are making you just exchange for new bottles. I would probably call before I went to see your stores policy

My cousin and I went to the BRU in Shorewood on RTE 59. We were both able to get store credit for the Dr. Brown's bottles. (all the bottles were used but had all the parts; but they really did not look at them) Now we did call in advance and got someones name.
When I called I asked if I can return the Dr. Brown's bottles with BPA for store credit and I did not have the original packaging and they said "Yes".
