| Suggestions needed on the best way to roll my ECBs
I haven't been CVSing in quite sometime. I haven't seen any deals lately that have called to me nor am I very happy about not getting any e-mails or $/$$ Qs. However, I have ECBs expiring Sunday. I could just use them on things we need, but I'm not ready to throw in the towel on CVS just yet, so I'd prefer to roll them and wait it out for some good deals. I have 13 ECBs......anyone wanna help me come up with a plan to roll them?? Oh....and has anyone ever done the photo books? Are you happy with them? Any idea how many pictures they hold?

I'm working on the same thing, so I'll let you know if I come up with anything great. A couple of suggestions in the meantime though... First, check with your store to see if they accept expired ECBs. My store will, but it varies with each store. If yours does, you don't have the pressure of a time limit, which has helped me out just recently when nothing looked appealing. Second, I'm not sure how the photo books work, but I've not had good luck with the regular prints at CVS. I have three stores within a mile of me and only 1 can do a halfway decent job. Fortunately, I didn't have to pay to figure that out, I used free prints to try out all 3. I don't know whether it was equipment or staff. If the photo books are done on-site, I'd sure check the quality of their prints first. Then again... heck, it's free, right? Or is it a money maker? Good luck rolling those ECBs!

I'm pretty sure the 6*8 $7.99 is a money maker if you have the $3.00 Q. You get $7.99 in ECB's and a cute photo album. If you have the Q then you make $3 on the deal too!!

Assuming you just want to extend the expiration date. 5xCortiad 19.95 6xSure 16.74 Total 36.69 -5xQ$3/1 Cortaid = $15 -3xQB1G1 Sure = 8.37 -$13 ECB .32 OOP $5 + $9 = $14 ECB's back. Or 2x PhotoBook 15.98 2xSure 5.58 .23 Filler or .23 is lost. Total $$21.79 -2xQ$3/1 = -6 -QB1G1 - 2.79 -$13 ECB OOP = Amount over .23 for filler, or have them adjust ECB down for 0 OOP. $15.98 + $3 = $18.98 ECB's back. |

Just mentioned this on another post. Have you checked out the sticky for rolling ECB's into gift cards? It really works if you have some good coupons. All the details are there. I used the cover girl BOGO deal with the eye enhancer q to do this very easily. That q was perfect because the q's came to $11 when you used two, and I got a $10 gift card paid for with ECB's. It sounds complicated, but once you get it, it's great!
