I've been thinking about it...but I don't know. the *side effects* are a huge turn-off to me (well and to anyone else around me as well).

I suppose the point is you don't eat the naughty, fatty stuff because you know what will happen if you do.

I think there is a 10 or 15 printable for alli as well. has anyone on here tried it and had success with it? are the side effects worth it?
