$20 before or after coupons?
I know this has been asked before, but I can't remember the answer. I'm going to do the Olay deal today -- Buy $20 get $10 ECB's...is that $20 BEFORE coupons? Or do I have to hit $20 after coupons?

Before Coupons. I did the deal on Sunday, and purchased about $21.00, and used $7.00 coupon, and I got my $10EB
