Yep! It says it is for the Piccolini (the new little shapes), but I used it on the regular with no problem whatsoever.

Yes, I was just there, it includes the Pop Secret popcorn, Betty Crocker Fruit snacks, Yoplait yogurt and Sweet and Salty granola nut bars (which look delish!~going back for those tomorrow!)

I just went and did the Hamburger Helper, Betty Crocker brownie and General Mills cereals (that go towards the deal) and this time I got back FOUR~ $3.00/my next shopping trip! I got 47 items for $20 and got $12 back in CATS!

You only need to buy 6 boxes of H.Helper (or tuna/chicken) to get the 3$ cat since it goes by shelf price and not sale price. Same with the other items - as long as the regular prices add up to 10$ or more you'll get the 3$ OYNO cat.

Oh, forgot to add - if you buy 5 Better Crocker Fruit Gushers in one order, you'll get a 3$ cat and a 3.50 cat as it double dips into both the 3$ when you buy 10$ and the betty crocker fruit snack cat. Not all the fruit snacks double dip, but the gushers definitely do.

Ohh! I bought 6 boxes the other day but I split the orders up because of the stupid SCO not taking more than 2 of the same q's (I should have just paid for the other items seperately!) i missed out on my $3!

I use more than 2 like coupons at the SCO all the time LOL Just scan two of each, and put the others aside until the end - then the cashier can come over and scan their little card and do the rest of them. The cashiers don't seem to mind at my store - every time I've asked before checking out they are super nice and say absolutely they'll come over and finish scanning the coupons. I usually ask if they seem busy, just to make sure - but they've never told me that they'd rather me go to a regular cashier :-)

Any coupon over 2$ will blink the light too - so I put those and the multiples at the end so they can do them all at once.

I am pretty sure it is all of the Betty Crocker fruit snacks, but you can check the ad on their website to be sure.

Funny, I was just there and the cashier said, we don't take internet coupons, I said since when I used them yesterday, (she has worked there forever) she asked the head cashier and she said yes we do and we have for a long time....so always double check..I think the cashiers get jealous of the deals.................

Gushers are 2.25 at my store this week - not included in the sale. But with the coupons, and the double dip cats - I figured it's probably just as good, if not better than if they were 2$

2.25x5 = 11.25
if you have 2 80c/2 coupons
8.05 new total
get back the 3 and the 3.50 OYNO cats
It's like paying 1.55 for 5 boxes of gushers!

Oh - if you have a 6.50 OYNO cat from planters, you can use that and only pay 1.55, and get back the 6.50 in cats, so you won't lose any OYNOs and only have the 1.55 OOP

If you're store won't take the IPs - There were peelies not to long ago on the fruit snacks for 1$/2 - you might be able to still find them. Some were on a separate display, but you can't miss the peelies - Neon Pink and a decent size.

Or, you could always use the SCO....unless there are signs posted stating no IPs. You only need to use 2, so the sco should accept them no problem. It does sound like some cashiers might just be making rules up as they go LOL

Oh, another thing about the SCOs - not sure if it really matters or not - but I always 'kill them with kindness' when I use those things. If the store is busy, or the cashier looks frazzled for any reason - I make sure to tell them to deal with the other customers who need help first, and that I don't mind waiting because I know I have coupons to deal with and I know how the SCOs are about things. It definitely seems to help keep them in a better mood :-) After working in retail for a few years, I've realized how a nice customer can really brighten your day and help you get over those few 'rotten apples'.

And as a coupon shopper - I like my cashier to be in as good as a mood as possible LOL

Just the other day when I ran in for just oreos and free peanuts the poor cashier was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. The SCOs kept freezing and needing to be rebooted - so I chatted with the girl in front of me, shared this website and the planter's IP info with her - and then as we were waiting for the reboot, we chatted with the cashier and told her how to get the same deals. She went from being obviously frazzled and really stressed, to smiling and laughing and excited about the savings - I thought she was going to 'high five' me when she saw my total was only 99 cents LOL

Just curious? How do you guys know about these CAT deals? I don't see it advertised anywhere on the website, their paper or anywhere else. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining.... I just wondered how you all know about these. I must be missing something.

I just saw on another forum that the Batman or Spiderman Fruitsnacks work for the double-dip as well. But not Transformers or Scooby Doo.

The cat deals are found either by someone getting an advertisement saying the deal will be coming up or currently in effect....or by someone getting one and realizing what prompted it.

They seem to all be connected for the most part - if you see one grocery store having a cat deal, then most likely GE will have it too. There are some store-specific deals that I've noticed though. But the Planters and Fruit Snacks seem to be everywhere!

I've been trying to find a forum or website that has the cat deals from all stores posted in one area - but I haven't had any luck. It would be nice to have a place to post them so even if we don't have that particular store, we can see if our store has the same deal. I even tried finding the catalina company website to see if they have any info posted. You'd think the manufacturer's would WANT us to know about the deal...but maybe they think of hidden cats as a way to reward only 'loyal' brand buyers. Coz normally, I wouldn't buy 5 boxes of Gushers in one transaction....but I will if you pay me too! LOL But I'm sure there are people out there that do normally need to buy that much all at once.

Yeah, I know but there was a cranky cashier on that day. Usually the one woman doesnt mind, she gets all excited and says "i dont mind, you probably saved more than $20" Waay more than $20 but that was before she got there... I usually seperate orders when the cranky lady is there or when I am in a hurry and cant wait for them to come help me.
