| Cub - not taking expired q's??
I was at Cub foods today- and the cashier refused to take my expired coupons. I had her call over a customer service person and they said they couldn't take them. I told her I thought it was Cub policy to accept expired q's up to 90 days after expiration - so she called the store manager. Store manager said NO. Am I wrong? I thought it was Cub food policy to accept them- or is this a YMMV? If it is policy- can someone tell me where to find and print this out so I can take it with me next time - or would you notify corporate? |

That is not good to hear. I suppose you tried to use the free's I sent you huh? I don't know if it is corporate wide for sure...I thought that it was though. I would call corporate to verify that!

I noticed you're in St. Cloud. I heard it's YMMV there. They take expired up to 3 months in the Twin Cities. I agree with Rach ... call corporate for a definitive answer.

Rach- yeah, I was really excited to try those free deli sanwiches! But I did hang onto the coupons and plan to check with corporate. I am SURE I have used expired there before and didn't have any problems.

I am in St. Cloud too and sorry the Cubs here will NOT take them as they are not Corporate owned they are franchised. There ads can be slightly different then the cities and sometimes we don't get the same deals. If you do any traveling take them to Monticello or north to Brainerd.

Yeah my 2 nieces coupon in St. Cloud and the Cub stores there definitely do not take expireds. It's a bummer when stores in some areas do and then others don't.
