She is soo nice and she gets really excited when I have coupons! Yesterday I went in to pick up the Pantene Beautiful Lengths shampoo/conditioner and my total was around $8...I handed her my two manu coupons, and she said "Oh, that'll help quite a bit!" That is the kind of reaction I love to get when using coupons!

Now, I just need to remember to look at her nametag the next time I'm in so I can send a nice email to corporate about her!

you know, sometimes those good comments can enroll the employee into a service contest. Wag recently gave away something like 10 cars to the winners of those contests and cash too.

The only thing that can't be checked out is prescriptions and stuff that has to be purchased at the pharmacy counter. Otherwise, everything else in the store can be brought over to cosmetics!

Our main goal over there is to help customers and get sales and it is so dissapointing when you let someone know that they can check out in cosmetics and they go up front. Give us something to do

That is awesome OP...I love my beauty advisors too, but feel like I am bugging them when I ask if I can check out. But, yes, I have to say they are the most helpful and friendly.
