You submit the form in the EasySaver booklet, either by mail or online.

That's how I thought it would ring up, but mine didn't at first I was thinkin' .50good deal and then when it rang up2/9 I was thinkin' huh? great deal!! I wonder why that happened to you?I saw the $ tag say 4.99 but the 2/9.00was over top of it. hope everyone gets this deal. too bad there is only a limit of 1 though.

Mine rang up this way too. I was able to use a $5RR from the diapers on this (also got the $.99 rebate chocolate) so paid $1.30 opp but will get the $4 rebate for the Pantene and $0.99 for the chocolate bar.

That's exactly how mine rang up too! Good deal though. My daughter and I only use the Panteen brand conditioner.
