What a great trip for you! Our DJ pizzas are just about gone. I feel like going to "buy" the rest of them tonight but not sure they would let me, and not sure where I would put them all either!!! Both our freezers are now full of pizza and ice cream!

I did several transactions today but for one of them I got:
FL wipes - 25 cent overage
Gerber bottle - 1.33 overage (found bottle on clearance for 57 cents and coupon was for $2.00)
Pillsbury biscuit- 11 cent overage
pizza was gone
simply potatoes - bought two and paid 70 cents for both because of overages
FL fudge bars - should have been $1.00 but because of overage it was FREE

All those coupons worked like a charm - even with the overages and then she tried to scan
the Gerber Graduate food and it wouldn't work. She said it was because the food was 99 cents and the coupon was for $1.00. I just smiled and ran and picked up one for $1.00 and then the coupon worked.

I only had to pay 73 cents for that order!

Another transaction (at a different FL)
after coupons the cashier announced I owed 57 cents. I looked at the screen and it was a negative 57 (the cashier was shocked - like she had never seen a negative amount before) so I grabbed a candy bar and paid 29 cents. When I looked at my receipt she had taken off shelf price of my lifesaver candy ($1.79) instead of the sale price ($1.00) and I had used a BOGO coupon. Pleasant surprise! So I got pizza, wipes, Graduate food, baby accessory, biscuits, sandwich meat, two packages of lifesavers tart candy and a snickers bar all for 29 cents.

We don't have FL in NY, but I am impressed by you guys!! Can I ask why you broke it up into 3 transactions? Did you get rewards on the first 1 that you used on the 2nd? Just curious how it works and wishing a grocery store up here would start something like that!!!

The coupon is from Food Lion and it says one per transaction but none of the stores I've shopped at seem to mind doing several transactions at a time. The computer would beep if we used two of the same coupon in one transaction. Takes a bit longer but worth it to get it for so cheap!
