Hey, I shouldn't complain! 4 samples and free shipping for a 1 item purchase is a great deal!

I'm sure this was a huge pain in their patooties, now having to send an extra package out to everyone who got a messed-up order.

I stopped at an Origins store today and told them I missed out on the deal because the site was slow/down. The person working said, "Oh you can just call the store and we'll ship it to you free and give samples also. We do this because the internet has taken away a lot of customers from the stores." Just an FYI for everyone else

FYI-I jsut found out this mornign that my purchase with Origins created a fraud warning on my visa card. WHile my purchase was only for $19, my bank told me that Visa will issue a fraud warning on sites that have a history of issues. I can't believe that Origins would be one of them, but I just wanted to alert all of you.

The only reason we found this out was becuase our cards were getting declined and when I called to inquire, they told me that a fraud hold was put on our account.

Hope this does no thappen to anyone else!

I filled out the bizrate survey at the end of my order b/c the free samples were depleted (the 3 original ones posted) and said I was disappointed b/c I wouldn't be recieving those I got an email today that follows:
