I didnt realize that if you use a Register Reward you earned on a previous transaction, that you wont get the one you earn on the transaction that you are doing right then...

I thought I was jipped out of my RR.. I wish I had been I planned on it for another transaction!!!

I didn't know that either. Has it always been that way? I don't go to Walgreens very often, but that is a good thing to know.

I don't understand why that happened to you. Unless, you used an RR to purchase the same item you got the previous RR for. Because doing that will not allow you to get another RR. For example, if you by the Oral-B toothbrush and get the $5.50 RR and then turn around and purchase another Oral-B toothbrush with the $5.50 RR you just got, you will not get another RR. BUT, if you used the $5.50 RR to buy the cereal, you should still get the $2RR. Does that make sense? I hope so. I did this the other day and had no problems.

Ok that makes sense.. I still misunderstood.. I did use it to purchase the toothbrush again... Now I really understand..

yea I did the same thing with the toothbrush RR's and the manager nicely refunded my money and rang it up again as a seperate purchase so that I could get them again. But I learned that hard way. My DD was mortified by all of that hoopla.

I have done the same thing when I started doing RR!

Yes my daughter is 17 and she said that she won't be seen with me if I go into the store with my binder. So I prepare ahead of time or go without her!
