He's just pulling the wool over your eyes. It will work as it has in the past during overlap periods. I just go through and do all of the old month's ES Qs and then all of the new ES Qs and half the time they don't even bat a lash. If you didn't have the items to use the coupon the coupon wouldn't work.

Yeah, I messed up. When I print my coupons I watch to see it print the coupon and then I hit cancel so it doesn't waste any ink on the advertisement. I take the paper and turn it around to print another. Then I hit the back button and do it a second time. Apparently there is at least 2 coupons printing one right after the other. I didn't know and didn't realize until I hit cancel on the second print. I would assume it was for the refill? FYI

Anyone else have a problem with their WAG only allowing the number of items = to the number of Qs? Say you have the June and July ESC and a manf. Q for one item, do you have to get 2 fillers? In the past, I have had this issue at WAG and that's why I've stopped shopping there. CVS is just so much easier! Why does WAG have to have so many "rules" for using coupons?

When I go, I ask for 2 copies of the next month's book. I then just tear the coupons out of both books and give the cashier all the coupons in a stack and I have only had 1 cashier ask or question them. She noticed 2 of the same coupon, I just told her that I purchased 2 items and to please just scan both coupons. She did and was surprised that the second one took off $x.xx amount and didn't beep. Other than that, I have had no problems, and I have done this at least 6 times last month, all at different stores.

I have never asked if this is alright, I just simply give them the coupons, because they are both valid during this period!!

I kept screwing up my WAGs when I tried the May/June overlap of Schick, I think it was. Anyway, what order do you give the coupons in, or does it not matter? Say, for example, if I wanted to do the Maalox deal w/ overage as posted... would this be how to do it:

(4) Maalox Chewables - 15.96
(4) Revlon Shadows - 9.00 -BOGO
(3) Poland Spring 15 ct - 9.00

total - 33.96

Use:

Maalox June 2/1 (-8)
Maalox July 2/1 (-8)
4 x Maalox Manu 2/1 (-8)
4 x Revlon 2/1 (-8)
Poland Spring in Ad (3/$9)

Total oop: 1.96 + tax

There is a 2.00 IP on Coupons.com for the Energizer hearing aid batteries. That would make 6dlrs off a pack with the double dip. Great way to stock up. I buy them for my Mother in Law.

When I went to double dip for May and June, I saw the June easy saver was out. My HB associate told me that I could use coupons from both May and June. I told her I was ready, I had copies of June in case they weren't on display yet. We laughed. I love my Walgreens.

If the OFF is $7.99 and u use a B1G1, that's $15.98 toward the $20 but only $7.99 oop, assuming the $5/20 q will work after manu q's.

TIP ~ usually the coupons will say "limit X" usually 4. So I will get the limit X2. Then when they say I can;t use the coupon I just point out the coupon is good for 4 and I bought 8 so I used June & Julys coupons to stock up. We know June's will take off X8 and July's will also take off X8 ~ but it is a good rational to the 2 coupons!
