Well I bit the bullet and went and bought a bunch at 50% off they had all those funny summer items on clearance to got 3 beach towels.. and a bunch of sand box toys, and things for DS... some of it I'm savings for xmas though... chalks and etc..

I really wanted to find a vacuum on clearance but no such luck oh well...

I also saw Bordeaux's Butt Paste (travel size) on clearance for $.68 so if you have the $1 off any size IP that's a pretty good deal

At SuperTarget today I saw a lot of the organizational type items in the "Home" section on clearance. Lots of metal, plastic, wicker, and leather-look storage containers. If you don't need them for yourself, they might make a good gift for that high school graduate heading off to the college dorms or the graduate getting their first job/apartment.

Also in the dishware/kitchen area there were brightly colored plastic items all at $.98 - pkgs. of large tumblers, pkgs. of small cups, pkgs of plates, indivudual serving platters, divided trays & pitchers. Colors were turquoise, red, green, bright pink.

My Target clearanced out the Cyntia Rowley stuff to 75% off Sunday. I got 7 plates, 7 bowls, a table cloth and a cooler for under $12.

summer pool stuff wasn't clearanced at my store
but I did the get the cynthia rowley stuff. I got 4 kid size cups for .25, some martini glasses for 1.25 for 2 of 'em, some cool stir sticks for .75 a place mat napkin set for pretty cheap 2.98. And a big ice tea jug with a spout for 1.24

I also found a bunch of cell phone chargers for $3.24 and a set of earphones for my cell for 3.24. I got a bluetooth for my phone for 14.48. And some car air fresheners for .98 (cuz my car smells like baby spit up).

Today at Target I found 10 pack Duracell AAA batteries with a free glow stick necklace marked down to $1.74 (orig $6.99). Combined with my .75 mfc = .99 per package!

I also found some Revlon makeup - "Head in the Clouds" Sheer Loose Shadow marked down to $2.14 (orig $8.59) Combined with my $2.00 mfc = .14! Next was "Marble-ous Match" Made for Jade liner/shadow crayon also marked down to $2.14 (orig $8.59) Combined with my $2.00 mfc = .14! Another find was the "Mix & Mingle" lip palette marked down to $1.98 (orig $7.99) Combined with my $1.00 mfc = .99!

Aw, man, I just spent $3 on 4 AAA Duracell batteries at Wal-Mart. Where did you find the batteries? Is yours a super target?

when returning something, you get the last price in the computer.

so if you buy it at 50% and return it when it goes 75%..you will only get back that 75% price.

Even if you have your receipt showing where you paid the 50% price? Bummer. I bought some place mats that I was having 2nd thought about and planned to return them. Guess I'll be keeping them or giving them away as a gift.

I am looking for camping gear to go on clearance. If anyone sees some markdowns on anything but tents, pm please! We're trying to get all of the gear for next summer without plopping down a small fortune.

That clearance (camping gear) actually happened in March...was able to pick up the sleeping bags for $7, Coleman double burner stove for $9, air mattress for $7, coleman heater for $9 and the coleman lanterns for $6, camping chairs for $2, as well as the 7 person tents for $14, they also clearanced out all the fuel for the stoves and stuff to $.70, so we bought all of our camping stuff then as we use it for the camping out the day before Black Friday at the stores! I don't know that it would get another markdown anytime soon as the stuff they have now is the stuff that they replaced the March clearance out stuff with. Sorry!

I don't know that this is true across the board. I returned some cups that I had bought at 50% when everything went 75%, and I received a refund at the 50% price.

AGH! Thanks Staviles. We're picking up gear slowly to camp next summer, so I will keep my lids peeled in March. We'd rather buy slowly while we find the deals. We did buy a huge 10 person/3 room tent on sale at Kmart, but for $150!

Today my Target had the LYSOL Neutra Air Fresh Matic on sale for $5.99 (making them 99 cents with $5 Q). Last week I got all excited as I saw FRESH MATIC for $5.99 and looked at my Q and this was GLADE...not LYSOL. I didn't have any Q for GLADE Fresh Matic. I don't know how they can be called the same thing????
But anyway, was thrilled today to see the LYSOL one for $5.99 also!
In housewares they had nice stools that swiveled, chrome and black 50% (something like $25) and some Hannah Montana wall decor 75% off. Also in the food section ( mine is NOT a Super Target) they had Nature Valley Yogurt Granola Bars on clearance for like $1.17 - which was not bad with the $1 Q on 2 that I had.
They did have the Fusion Razors to like $7.99 now...but only the regular ones, these were not the Power ones.

The summer tableware by the dishes was 30% off here today. When anyone sees ot go to 50-75%, post please! I have my eyes on some of the monkey stuff (our son loves monkeys) but I'd rather hold out for a bigger discount.
