We are surveying consumers in California to find out how they shop at and think about drugstores. If you have experience shopping at one or more of the qualifying drugstores you could earn $15-$45 just filling out a few questionnaires.



TO QUALIFY:

This survey is open to men and women between the ages 25 and up who have extensive experience shopping and getting prescriptions at one or more of the following drugstores or pharmacies currently operating in California in the past 6 months: Longs Drugs, Walgreens, RiteAid, Target, Safeway.



THE INCENTIVE:

Participants earn $15 per survey (up to three surveys max).



THE RULES:

If you qualify, you will receive in the mail a questionnaire for every drugstore you have shopped at and can credibly evaluate (up to three maximum). For every questionnaire you fill-out and return, you will receive $15.
