Yes, they ususally start on a Sunday, either right before or at the beginning of the month. and last until the next one starts.

wow, thanks for the info! I had no idea about this, we have a new walgreens in our town ( previously had to drive 70 miles to visit one, ONE WAY) I'll start watching and make happier cashiers! I really got hassled over a coupon the other day, was told that ONE PER PURCHASE means one per person, and then, told that my coupons are fraudulent, but I can still use just one per transaction. So, now they all look at me like I am a coupon manufacturing freak when I walk in. If I buy some of their bonus items, maybe they will like me.
