| April Submission
They lost my March submission. Still no info on my APril Submission. I checked again and still nothing. What is the deal? I still can't upload anything online. THere is no button to input receipts. SO I will mail off my May stuff. But geez, they are 2 months behind. I keep having to work to get my money. CVS is alot easier. June doesnt look that great. I may just quit Walgreens.

I don't blame you for being discouraged. Have you called? I know that it can take a LONG time to get rebates, especially if you mail them in. I have thought that some of mine have gotten lost forever, then they appear in my mailbox. I even called to check on them and there was no info, but it was in my hand the next day. Call, you should get what you earned.

did you make a copy of your submission with receipts?? If you did, then you can always call them and usually they are really good about honoring their rebates! Before we were able to enter them online I learned early on to ALWAYS make a copy because they wouldn't credit me for this or that and I could call and say look on receipt #xxx and on the xx line is the item! Hope you get it figured out, I know how hard one works to get these rebates!

I know exactly what you mean Gossamer. I have not been able to figure out how to do the online rebate submission. I cannot select a month to even put in a reciept. I am able to log in, but the page looks like it is missing something. I just contacted them by email to see if I can finally get this working...it is irking me!!!

I wonder if there were some problems with certain states.......I didn't have any trouble with the online submission here in NC. I sent mine in last week after I decided I was done for the month based on the ad previews & I've already been emailed verifying the credit to post to my GC in the next couple days. All I had to do was click the "View More" tab from the main site, click on the "View Rebates" link under the Easysaver & there was a tab for "Claim Rebates". Once in that tab, there was a button at the bottom of the page for "Add more receipts" after I clicked into the proper month. I found it to be quick and painless compared to the mail in submission. |

I need to call them again. I have copies of all my receipts. Someone here sent me a copy of the March form. For some reason I didnt make a copy of that. When I tried to talk to them about something missing on their website to do an online submission, I got disconnected or hung up on twice. My page is the same way as Rach. No button to add receipts. No way to select a month.

Well I am sorry you have the same problem too...but relieved that I am not the only one. I was beginning to think it was me!
