Hi all. So, I've learned CVS and have a decent sized stockpile. Now, I am ready to learn Wags. I know to combine the man'Q's with the circular Q's...but that is it.

How do I do the rebates???
Can I get the rebate amounts on a gift card???

I had a gift card from transferring a script last week that I spent a few bucks off of. I didn't realize that I can purchase regular gift cards with a Wags GC until today!I got a $25 Shell gas card for $9.23 oop. So, my plan is to roll any Wags GC amounts into gas cards...Please help me learn how to utilize the rebate system. Thanks!

You can pick up the EasySaver at the front of the store, in there are rebates and IVC coupons, the rebates are in the back of the book. Usually every month there are free after rebate items or just items that have rebates on them. You buy the product *and you can use a manufactor coupon to save even more money!* and in the book is a How-To mail in the rebate. Keep your orginal recepit from the purchase, you can not mail in copies (but do make copies of your recepits in case it gets lost in the mail and they never receieve your rebate).

If you choose to get a giftcard instead of a check, you get 10% extra $$ put on your card. So say you are getting $10 in rebates, if you get a giftcard you will get $11.

Always check the ads because sometimes there are items that have a rebate that aren't mentioned (for example for this month they had batteries on sale and there was also a rebate on the item but it didn't mention the rebate in the weekly ad).

I am confused.........You can purchase gift cards with Walgreens gift cards, just not with Register Rewards? Is this right?

I believe so. I know you can't use RR to get GC *big no no* but you should be able to get GC with WAG GC.

I usually wait until mid, or late month to get my rebate items because sometimes you'll get a manu q for one of the rebate items and you can use that as well. Also, they'll put rebate items on sale sometimes throughout the month. Or, often I have RRs that I need to use up before they expire and there are no good sales at that time, I can use the RR to buy rebate items.

Can someone please tell me what a Register Reward is? Thought I had the Walgreen's stuff down, but guess not!

RR- register reward is the coupon that prints out at the register- either for $$ off your next purchase or an actual coupon towards a specific product.

I just started the rebate stuff in April....submitted the end of April and had my giftcard delivered a week ago....so pretty quick for me....not sure how quick it will be put on the card for future rebates...ive been hearing about 2 weeks after the rebate period ends is normal for the card to be credited

I usually get it loaded to my GC within a week. However, I don't get the postcard in the mail telling me it's been loaded for about 2 weeks. I call the number on the back of the card around 7-10 days after I submitted it to check the balance, that's how I know when it's been loaded before I get the postcard.
